Training Courses Ruth Valentine offers in-house training for managers, front-line staff, volunteers and Boards of Trustees. Some examples:
All courses are designed with the specific needs of the organisation in mind: the type of service you offer, key issues that participants have to face, and the skills and experience they bring already. The start is a wide-ranging discussion, to make sure that Ruth is aware of factors such as organisational change that may affect the course.
